With reservoir levels at historic lows, we all have to do our part to conserve water during this serious emergency.

Here are some recommended actions you can take to save water:

Indoor:

  • Take shorter showers

  • Turn off faucets whenever you can

  • Install low-flow faucets and showerheads

  • Use an efficient clothes or dishwasher

  • Track your water with a calculator or smart sensor

Outdoor:

  • Water plants just enough

  • Check for leaks and fix them promptly

  • Use a smart irrigation controller

  • Install greywater or rainwater systems

  • Sweep driveways, don’t hose them
